Road Spikes: Dozens of spikes erupt from the ground to hinder and injure those that cross it, only takes the form of a 4m strip
Under Arrest: Shoots out lengths of tape from under his gauntlets knuckle guards that entangle around the target(s)
In Pursuit: His leg tires lower down and act as roller blades, his sirens flash as he accelerates forward and performs a low leg sweep that has a high chance to knock the target off balance

Taser Force: Electrifies his hands and baton if he's wielding it for terrifying damage
In his front pouches he carries ammo for his right arm cannon, after a minute expended ammo regenerates:
   Water Cannon: Fires a powerful stream of water to blast away targets. Capacity of 2
   Explosive Grenade: Fires a grenade that explodes violently. Capacity of 4
   Tear Gas: Fires a grenade that releases gas that is both obscuring and causes those caught in it to start crying uncontrollably. Capacity of 2
Wall: Summons a wall that takes heavy blows and lasts till its destroyed (can only have 3 out at a time) Stands at 16' tall and 32' wide

   Wheels are capable of lowering down and skates with them, is rather slow though

Swatmon: APC Mode

Attacks: 
Taser Judgement: Can electrify his entire body with powerful electrical force. (Shared with Heli Mode)
Forced Breach: Rushes forward with great speed (aided by his wheels) and breaks through defenses, it's capable of almost breaking through anything

   Wheels are capable of lowering down and skates with them, is rather slow though

Type: Vaccine
Height: 12'4
Attacks: 
Taser Judgement: Can electrify his entire body with powerful electrical force. (Shared with APC Mode)
Tether: Shoots out his cables from his sides to entangle targets, hook, or allow someone to grab hold of (Capable of channeling his Taser Judgement through these cables)
Unrelenting Fire: Fires powerful rapid fire blasts from his arm mounted guns.

   Has spot lights on his arms, helicopter blades slunk down to sides when not in use
